Fees

 

As my rates are periodically adjusted, I invite you to call me to discuss my current fee. Generally I work only with private pay clients. On occasion I will accept PPO plans and insurance as an out-of-network provider.

 

If you are seeking intensive treatment (2-4 sessions per week) a reduced fee may be possible based on income and ability to pay. If I cannot accommodate your financial needs, I will try to assist you in finding an appropriate referral.

 

Insurance

 

Like many other qualified mental health professionals I have chosen not to join any health insurance panels. I do this to maintain my clients right to privacy and remain unencumbered by any restrictions that may unfairly limit the work you and I deem necessary.

 

Most, but not all insurance carriers allow you to see a therapist that you feel comfortable picking yourself, typically a PPO or POS plan. You can call your provider and ask if they will allow you to see a professional therapist of your choice.

 

I can provide you with a statement suitable for insurance reimbursement if your health insurance carrier allows you to choose an out of network provider.
